The vision of Steamboat 700 LLC is to create a community where Steamboat residents can live,
work, shop and play. Steamboat Springs is an extraordinary town with a rich, vibrant history and a strong sense of values and tradition—the planning and design of Steamboat 700 will reflect that community spirit.

Steamboat 700 is currently in the preliminary planning and conceptual design phase, using the West Steamboat Springs Area Plan (adopted by the City of Steamboat Springs and Routt County in 1999 and updated in 2006) as a guide.

What’s New
In November, Steamboat 700 LLC compiled an Initial Submittal document to the City of Steamboat Springs. The Initial Submittal contains conceptual plans related to land use, transportation, open space, affordable housing, infrastructure, project phasing and sustainability, all of which will form the basis of a community dialogue about the proposed master planned community and annexation.
